Mitverantwortung verlinkter Inhalte
Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 hat das Landgericht Hamburg (Az. 313 O 85/98) entschieden, dass man durch die Ausbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mitzuverantworten hat. Dies kann nur dadurch verhindert werden, indem man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.
Hiermit distanziere ich mich ausdrücklich vom Inhalt verlinkter Seiten. Auf die Inhalte fremder Seiten habe ich keinerlei Einfluss. Auch, wenn eine auf dieser Homepage verlinkte Seite von mir selber erstellt wurde, aber unter fremdem Namen veröffentlicht wird, so ist ausschließlich der Veröffentlichende für die Inhalte verantwortlich.
